If your purchase does not meet your expectations, eligible products can be returned or exchanged within our 30-day window. Kindly go through this policy thoroughly before submitting your return request to understand all rules and steps.

Return Eligibility

Return applications must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel. All returned goods must meet the criteria below:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and kept in their original state.
  • Original hang tags and packaging must remain attached and undamaged.
  • No stains, marks or unwanted odors on the apparel.
  • Only regular full-price items are eligible for returns. Final sale clearance goods and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For returns due to personal preference: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • For items delivered damaged or with manufacturing flaws: We will cover the return shipping fee.

Note: We will confirm the return address and issue a return authorization number after your request is approved. Please do not send back any items before obtaining official approval.

Return Procedures

Please complete your return following these steps:

  1. Submit your request: Reach out to our support team to apply for a return. Include your order number and the reason for returning the product.
  2. Wait for review: Our customer service team will assess your application within 1–3 business days. Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and confirmed return address.
  3. Secure repackaging: Put the clothing back into its original package together with all tags and accessories. Adequate packaging protects items against transit damage.
  4. Send your parcel: Ship the package to the address provided by us. We highly suggest using a trackable courier so you can track your returned package.

Refund Details

Once we receive your package and complete inspection to confirm it satisfies our return requirements, we will arrange your refund:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
  • Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days.
  • The actual arrival time of funds depends on the processing cycle of your payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for items confirmed to have factory defects.
  • Import duties and customs taxes cannot be refunded.

Exchange Service

If you would like an exchange rather than a refund, clearly specify your preferred replacement style, size and other relevant information in your return application. Exchanges are only available when the requested replacement item is in stock and after we pass the inspection of your returned goods.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

We reserve the right to decline return requests in the following circumstances:

  • The application is submitted after the 30-day return period expires.
  • The returned product fails to meet our condition standards.
  • The item belongs to clearance lines or custom-made products stated above.
